Redefine….Let’s Chat About It!

  
Today I want to talk a little about the products that got me started on the Journey….the Redefine Regimen.
The Redefine Regimen is a 3 step process.  At first I was all….3 steps…seriously I’m lucky if I have time to brush my teeth (just kidding…we practice good dental hygiene!).  

The steps are:

• REDEFINE Cleansing Mask – Kaolin clay-based mask that draws out impurities without taking away any moisture.  Apply with wet fingers to a dry face and let dry for 2 minutes. I put this baby on in the morning while heating ready for the shower, let it dry and rinse off in the shower.  At night I put it on, get the kids ready for bed and then rinse off.
• REDEFINE Pore Minimizing Toner – Minimizes the the appearance of enlarged pores.  This toner is FAST-ACTING AND ALCOHOL FREE! I honestly love the way that it makes my skin feel so REFRESHED without drying it out!
• OVER NIGHT RESTORATIVE CREAM – This is the PM cream.  It’s SUPER hydrating and replenishes you skin’s natural moisturizing factors while you sleep! Making your skin visibly firmer WHILE YOU SLEEP! 
• REDEFINE Triple Defense Treatment Broad Spectrum SPF 30 – I LOVE this cream! I can’t use most face creams because they are heavy for my skin type and I end up all greasy at the end of the day.  This is light, and has SPF, and REDUCES  the appearance of lines and wrinkles throughout the day!

I know….I know…..

I’ve been MIA for a while.  These kids have got me going every which way and then some…plus work.  Well I’m back.  
And because I don’t have enough to do I have taken on a new adventure….

Little kids/Little Warts

My poor little man has had a wart on his knee for I would say a good 2 years.  They have since spread to a little mass on his knee, and now on his thumb.  We have tried everything to get rid of this damn thing! He’s gone to the PCP and dermatologist multiple times. We’ve frozen them, treated them with high strength compound W, duck tape (don’t ask!)….pretty much EVERYTHING!

A Side Trip to Kennebunkport

While we were in OOB (that’s Old Orchard Beach for you non New England people!), we ended up going to Kennebunkport  for the day.  I have been there before, but not since I was a young girl.
The place is FILLED with stores, restaurants, activists, and for all you dog lovers, dog friendly.  While we don’t bring the chubby beagle with us in vacations, I’m sure he would have loved it here.  It’s always nice to see places that are dog friendly, Bar Harbor, also in Maine, is as well.

  
   

Get Out and Camp

Growing up my mom always took us camping.  I suppose as a single mom it was the cheapest vacation.  From the time I was very little, up until I was 18, we went camping every summer.  As my sister and I got older we were able to bring our friends with us.  I was just a great time and I will always cherish those memories.
On the opposite side of that is my husband.  He never left the city growing up, except for the yearly summer vacation to the Maine Shore.  So we I first suggested that we bring the kids camping a few years back, he was horrified! This was pretty much him the 1st time:

I just noticed that I have not had a blog post in 104 days! WHAT! If I am wanting to become QUEEN OF THE BLOGGING LAND (Insert party horns and queen wave here), then that is completely unacceptable! 
I am here to say that I will be updating on a daily basis.   Whether it be about travel, kids, home life, etc.  I am going to be committed to getting this going.  It’s want to be invited to all the cool blogger events (even though I’m so not cool).  So here and now I say it:

There’s This Little Thing…

Called medication.

 

A few years back I had a toddler and a seven year old.  I worked full time (and still do I may add), I had a house to keep up, sport practices to go to and a social calendar to tend to.  I’m sure most woman in America do the same thing, so really I’m not any special.  Yes, I have an awesome husband that helps A LOT!  But I was feeling SUPER overwhelmed.  Like I didn’t know if I was coming or going.

So I went to my Doc and he gave me something to ease the anxiety (or whatever it was I was feeling), and you know what? IT HELPED!
